Ingredienti350gr di funghi
1/2 cipolla
aglio
120 gr di noci sgusciate
succo di limone
50 gr di ricotta
1 cucchiaio di Brandy
Procedimento
trittate la cipolla e l'aglio.Lavare per bene i funghi e passateli nel mixer per tritarli
fare appassire l'aglio e la cipolla con un pò di olio aggiungere i funghi ed il brandy,versare in una ciotola e lasciatela lì per almeno 30 m inuti
quando la riprendete aggiungere ricotta e noci
impastare bene
servire o su fette di pane tostato o con quello che volete

Mushroom and walnut pâté
Ingredients:
350 gr. mushrooms,
1/2 onion, garlic,
120 gr. walnuts (without shell),
lemon juice,
50 gr. ricotta cheese,
1 tablespoon of Brandy,
extra-virgin olive oil.
Mince the garlic and the onion. Wash throughly the mushrooms and put them in the mixer. Fry lightly the garlic and onion with some oil and add them to the mushrooms in the mixer with the tablespoon of Brandy. Put the mix in a bowl and let it rest for 30 minutes. After you can add the ricotta and the walnuts and mix well. You can serve this pâté with toasted bread or wathever you like. It's really tasty.
